This was an incredible 6 days. The guides were knowledgeable, resourceful, energetic, and service oriented. They quickly identified us by name, and seemed quite genuine. The bathroom arrangements for women was awful. The smell of urine was awful. There has to be a way to maintain dignity and eliminate that odor from waifing up our noses.

I did the 4 day Grand Canyon rafting trip with Western River Expeditions. This was the trip of a lifetime. The plane ride to the ranch, helicopter ride, and rafting was epic. The ranch was really fun and being in the Grand Canyon was absolutely awesome. I would love to do this trip again or try the upper section. The guides made sure we had a great time and this trip was worth every penny.

Absolutely phenomenal trip. The scenery and the river are incredible as were the hard-working, really friendly and helpful guides (from ROW). The Western River staff was also really helpful.

Western River is simply the BEST! Our family had a remarkable experience that we will treasure forever. Everything was perfect from Bar 10 Ranch to the helicopter ride, to the river rafting, to rough camping, and the amazing guides who were all knowledgeable, fun and incredible chefs!

Fantastic views of the Grand Canyon! The crew did a great job of telling the history of the canyon and the river, let alone cooking/cleaning and taking care of all the work

The trip was amazing , the guides are amazing , they take very good care of you from start to finish! The guides go out of their way to make you comfortable and they cook terrific meals ! Poco in particular was a superstar !
I would only suggest that Western River Expeditions invest in some new equipment , particularly comfortable newer life vests, cots and tents. They are worn and dated.

Such a great trip. Did not know what to expect, but everything exceeded my expectations. Great guides, and wonderful mix of guests. Highly recommend for anyone that loves nature or never been overnight outdoors. Invest in good quality waterproof sneakers, and don't forget to apply sunblock to your ankles. Spent 3 days with my father and brothers, and will definitely be back again with my wife and kids.

Once in a lifetime experience. Amazing people, amazing food, and the best guides I've ever had on any trip. Reese, Bill, Paco and RD went out of their way to make it fun for everyone. They really care about sharing their knowledge and love of this amazing River.
